appears to be lifesize...
10:40pm.... Perhaps I should stop trying to tap dance "quietly" in the kitchen...

she's bigger than life, i tell ya. luckily we made it to the next page...whew.
Photo shoot tonight. Full-on makeup, huge feather fans and feather headpiece. Since I was the only one who showed up of the chorus people (it was voluntary), I'm in all the photos with Cleopatra, Marc Antony and all dem leading character. Sweet. Most exhilarating.
We were also painting sets for the stage today, I did two roman pillars that I was very proud of. Deep dusty pink background and yellow smudges over - looks like shimmering gold. Who knew. Good day.
We gotta see the publicity photos, of course!
Glad this continues to be so much fun. 11 days to opening night, right?
eeeyep. scary. i'll post them when i get them, though they may violate several TOS.
Ryan kept yelling: "We need to see your boobs, honey, we need all the straight boys to come!"
I was wondering whether that included my students and my boss, but eh...whatever...life is short.
Dag--
Helen of Troy only had to launch a thousand ship. You and your boobs are supposed to pull in all of the straight guys in the Boston area?
Awesome responsibility. Better keep your day job, just in case.
Too true, Noddy. Too true. I noticed I've been saying "Whatever, life is short!" a lot lately. Should I be worried?
No, you are simply living up to your signature!

I'm sure the photos will help with that ... one way or another ...
Yeah, I wasn't sure which way that was intended. I'm still not sure...
Perhaps it was intended both ways.
Dags and Marc Anthony
Dags alone
Dags, Marc Anthony, and Siphylis
...and with Cleopatra
Awesome Photos!
Thanks, dag!
Wowsa, I was picturing white feathers - silly me! <Kris using Dag's computer>.
pant pant. Blue is my favorite colour.

one way ticket to boston please.
you can crash on the couch next to gus and amigo, dadpad.
You look great, dag!
Can you do your choreography with all those feathers? Sorry, the practical side of me always jumps in.
I'm not using feathers during dances, mac. There is one scene, Cleo and Caesar in a tub of milk (yeah, tub of milk) where there are three singers with feather headpieces and three dancers with headpieces and feather fans - they do some very light choreography, mostly wave the feathers around Cleo and Caesar, twirl them around and such. Looks grand. Many many many feathers.
