Oh my. Was I gone that long?

Some really incredible stuff has been posted. Thank you all.

I think that it is really interesting that even though the cards are autobiographical that they really speak to such universal ideas. Like djjd's moon image, it helps you know that we're more connected than we think we are.

I appreciate all of the effort that people have put into this. I'm amazed by it! It's not an easy assignment to give one's self and I love it that people are enjoying it.

Thanks too to those of you who are just looking and especially to those who have looked and commented. I appreciate you're encouragement!

Thanks everybody for making this such a rich thread.

Thought of this one last night, inspired by a question I asked someone else -- might make a thread about it, too. ("What do you love about your partner?")

Seems appropriate for Valentine's Day:

Thanks.

I only have about a dozen very, very basic fonts on my computer. I used to have a lot of fonts and I'd get font crazy (in a bad way) so now I try to imagine words differently.

So sweet, shewolf.

Are you going to give him that valentine?

Are you, soz?

Back to bios (which I thought the valentines were too, in their way), and with a nod to Noddy:

Chills with that one.

(The foot photo was inspired by you btw, you posted or talked about a series that was just ears, eyes, feet and such...)

I'm glad you liked that one, or, at least that it gave you a chill. It was the hardest one for me yet.

Anyone who has ever read anything I've written about my brother knows that I suffer a serious case of hero worship. The photo is from his recent promotion ceremony. All the time I think about the fact that he has seen some ghastly things in his life; things he keeps to himself. I'm always amazed that he has managed to keep such a wonderful sense of humor.

That last one was so expressive.

This thread has become my refuge. As I scroll through my posts and new posts, the subject lines give me heartburn. And then I see this one.
