No I didn't lift anything, I just stood up to get something and next thing I knew there was just a tone of pain

Well I have fluid in my shoulder blade area, the doc. gave me pain killers and a note to take today off of work.... she also said if it doesn't start to feel better in a week she wants me to go to physical therapy

and it will prolly take about a month to feel better..

but the heart is good

so..... just read up, here. I'm glad that the problem was nothing too terribly serious. But, CL, why is it you had this problem? You said you hadn't done anything and you're young..... seems wierd to me.
