All these observations, while true, are as straw men to the assertion that humans (the three of us, at least) have some idea of true justice. True justice, which happens to be based on empathic love for others, is the quality to which I refer. If God created us with this quality, then surely he must himself possess it to a superlative degree.

Prove to us (from the bible) god's justice and love for humans?

You may not want to talk about the "perversions," but they are part and parcel of that word based on human reality. You can't pick and choose how to define words to your own liking. We're talking about the human animal with all it's realities and perceptions.
Yes, but you understand the concepts of true love and justice, and apply them to the best of your ability in your life. That is the point I am trying to make. The perversions did not originate with God.

God and Jesus tells us that, so argue it out with them when you meet them..Wink
Judgement Day is the day God throws out the human trash (murderers, peedos, thieves, liars, con men, smarmy TV evangelists, phoney christians and religious crackpots, corrupt politicians, perverts etc) so when they get turned into beefburgers they brought it on themselves-
"These men blaspheme in matters they do not understand. They are like brute beasts, creatures of instinct, born only to be caught and destroyed.." (2 Peter 2:12)

@Romeo Fabulini,
But, according to their bible, they can repent, ask for forgiveness from god, declare jesus as their savior, and still go to heaven. What a deal!

According to this god's law, any person can kill millions of people and still go to heaven.

Nah, if repentance is not from the heart it's just a damp squib and won't work.
For example Hamlet's murderous uncle tried to pray but gave up because "My words fly up, but my thoughts stay below"
The guy on the cross next to Jesus said "Hey Jesus, remember me", to which Jesus replied "Today you'll be with me in paradise" because he made the vital connection with Jesus, fuelled by his genuine sorrow, remorse and repentance for a wasted life..

Romeo is right about one thing. Repentance must be genuine. Manasseh repented and was forgiven, as was apostle Paul. King Saul made a pretense and was not. Where Romeo has his problem is that he believes the soul survives death.

Think of it. If we never really die, as Satan averred in Genesis chapter 3, then what is the punishment for sin? What reward for obedience? And, BTW, why did not God tell Adam and Eve straight off?

Also, CI, I do not think of you as imp. That's really a disguised ad hominem

When would you like for that to happen?
Because it will.

If it's only a matter of time, why wait? God already knows who will sin and who will live a pristine life.

Nah, the Earth is a special testing ground remember.
For example God tested Abraham by ordering him to kill his son, but as he raised the knife, God stopped him by saying through an angel- “Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son.” (Genesis 22:12)

See, God said "NOW i know", which means he didn't know before the test..Smile

God has no more obligation to peer into your moral outcome than you have to peek at the last page of the whodunit

But he knows how many hair every human has. Sort of a "waste of time" kind of pursuit, don't you think? Who cares, except your god.

Is he all knowing or isn't he/she/it?

@cicerone imposter,
The CPU of your computer knows exactly what's going on inside. How often do we need to be completely aware of that info?

God has the ability to not call things to mind, a comforting thought when it comes to our sins.

No, but I don't know the innards of all the computers that exist in this world.
I don't even know what makes up my three computers and 3 tablets.

You are speaking about the 'true justice' as if it exists objectively. How did you come to know that if you apply your understanding of the 'true justice' ... to 7 BN people for example, it will not result into an empty set and an impossibility of class 3 - impossible to exist in the physical world.
Besides, I was not talking exactly about layers and courts, but rather about military criminals from psychotronic projects and 'operators' of CCTVs, having proclaimed themselves as the 'messengers of the true justice' (nothing personal).
There is more. How are you so sure that Love is the solution (of our Salvation) and if it really is, how is it to be applied?
How will you apply for example Love to people that are planning 24/7 to destroy your life and to take your health by making inbetween professional carreers ... and upgrading their epaulettes ... and by writing PhDs of any kind ... and selling your personal data on the market ... and even at the stock exchange ... to other 'messengers of justice'? How is that supposed to happen ... and what the results might be?

If you did know, would you concentrate on it all at once? God may have the hairs on your head numbered, but that fact is far removed from other issues.

Since a "sin" is simply something a human does that offends your god, Neo...why doesn't your god simply stop being offended by so damn much???

We are humans.

Apparently we do things your god does not like.

Tell the god to go play with the other perfect beings and leave us the hell alone.

@neologist,
neo, Your god is supposed to be "all knowing." He knows everything there is to know about computers; I only "use" them like I use my car and other electronics I don't understand how they are made. God made all humans, and knows every hair on 'us.'

Such respect for what he created is conflicted by how he treats us. It's like our congress of today; he doesn't give a damn. Disease, poverty, starvation, wars, natural disasters, rape, molestations of children, and the list goes on. Where's the love of man? The sufferings doesn't equate to "love."

Cicerone mate, I see you've made an amazing 86,000 posts in A2K, but you're still asking questions as if you're a green young newcomer!
Those questions have already been answered more than once by me and other people in assorted threads, yet you keep repeating yourself like a stuck gramophone needle without learning anything..Smile
