Imagine a microcosm universe containing only 4 people, with very limited interests, for the sake of demonstrating my point.
Bob likes ice cream, hockey, and cherios.
Suzie likes yogart, hockey and count chocula.
Ann likes ice cream, boxing and honey combs.
Joe likes pudding, football and cherios.
Bob dies.
Bob was 'unique' as he was the only one of the three with that specific set of likes.
However, any of the perspectives that made up 'bob' could be learned from the other 3, separately. Nothing has really been lost.
