Do you think that it would be funny from a psychiatric point of view?

I am not referring to anyone in particular but at times I wonder who is the crazy one here, the patient or the doctor. Someone who should know better but instead goes and has in depth conversations trying to get a person who is delusional to see reality for what it is.
