The best part is that since I've been eating better, I think I've lost some water weight and maybe even a real pound! It's amazing how cutting out just a few things a day can help. Soon, exercise will start and hopefully I can get myself back into shape.....I want to be in shape when I get pregnant so that my labor is easier and I have an easier time losing the pregnancy weight....I have about a year to get my body ready.....unless something (one) unexpected happens....
