We used to have an exercise bike. I found that it didn't get me anywhere. We gave it away.

An exercise bike provides a great cardio workout and stress reliever. I have used mine three to four times a week for the past seven years. It strengthens the legs and lower back muscles and also gets them good and warmed up for weight lifting.

As you know, I work as a meter reader. Well, I get lots of excercise. I've already got it planned for next year when I'm not doing that anymore.

We bought ourselves a handy dandy excercise bike. You know, for when the weather gets so lousy outside and you don't feel like going for a walk, etc.

Fortunately, I've never had a weight issue, but understand others that do. Tough to stay on an even keel.

But what moisturizer do you use, Reyn? I want some. A complexion to die for! Smoother than a baby's bottom!

Take up marathon running, reyn, or buy a trampoline. That'll keep ya fit.

Myself, I think regular walking is better than running for folks our age. One must think of the joints and what not.

The joints? Aint that where they serve Lone Star beer?
