We used to have an exercise bike. I found that it didn't get me anywhere. We gave it away.
That's kinda the idea. Like I said, I'll mainly use it when we're deluged with rain here. Which, this time of the year, we get a lot!

An exercise bike provides a great cardio workout and stress reliever. I have used mine three to four times a week for the past seven years. It strengthens the legs and lower back muscles and also gets them good and warmed up for weight lifting.

I look after myself by constantly looking for better ways to eat. I get plenty of exercise at work. I avoid docters as much as possible, as I do not trust them since they started pushing designer drugs instead of trying to cure people.
As you know, I work as a meter reader. Well, I get lots of excercise. I've already got it planned for next year when I'm not doing that anymore.
We bought ourselves a handy dandy excercise bike. You know, for when the weather gets so lousy outside and you don't feel like going for a walk, etc.
Fortunately, I've never had a weight issue, but understand others that do. Tough to stay on an even keel.
But what moisturizer do you use, Reyn? I want some. A complexion to die for! Smoother than a baby's bottom!

Maybe it's all the rain that I have to work in. Soon, I'll age like crazy when I stop doing the job?

Myself, I think regular walking is better than running for folks our age. One must think of the joints and what not.

You walk on the wild side
Away from the promised land
