Shiver..... I seem to be battling a sinus infection as well. Shewolf had one a while back and she tried nasal irrigation (trying to imagine you expression right now). You take a teapot-thing and fill it with saline solution and then plug one end into one nostril. You pour it right in and let it run out the other nostril. It's the oddest thing, but I tried it and I feel much better when I'm doing it then when I'm not.

Hmm, Lion Tamer works with textiles and has done masonry...
littlek...I've actually done that, but in a different manner. I usually let the water in the faucet in the bathroom get warm enough , but not to hot..and suck it up my nose. No kidding...lol, let it run back out and blow. It helps ease it up for sometime....
I'm actually sick of sinus infections. This is my ninth one in the past 10 months. Do the math, thats one about every 5-6 weeks. I'm sick for two or three days, go to the doctor, they give me some kinda antibiotic, cough medicine and allergy meds and poof, I get over it in another two or three days....to start it over again weeks later. And it never fails to end up in my chest....
Ok..........I'm thinkin' whiskey........medicinal purposes. But then again, I had enough to sink a battleship Sat night...lol
