Night falls. The lingering winter wind is soughing through the naked branches of the trees.

I crave lots and lots of carbohydrates, layered with cheese and smeared with butter.

Chicken in a spicy cream sauce with chiles and onions.
Broccoli.

You know, that chicken dish is really all about the sauce. I'm sure you could use firm tofu or a mild, firm fish instead. The recipe is posted here:
