i don't see the point of eating just because it morning, noon, or evening. i think a lot of people eat at those times because it's a habit or routine.
doing everything wrong? yup, according to all those fitness/diet guru's who tell everyone who will listen to eat x amount of calories, eat only this, not that, eat small meals throughout the day, etc. in essence they're just telling their followers (for a price) the same common sense things, which i will give to you free of charge. eat what you want to in moderation, and just eat when you're hungry.
