therein lies the problem. lucky for me, I'm having the best time at 2-3. So, not too far past the ideal.

I only drink because it makes me better at things:

Better dancer.
I'm funnier.
Become stronger.
Better singer.

I am funnier and stronger. Nothing can make me a better dancer or singer.

Just drink more. You can always be better, in your own mind.

And Pueo - science has defined moderation in terms of drinking. Like Slappy says, 1-2 drinks a day is good for you. As soon as you drink the 3rd (maybe 4th) drink, the benefits cease and the drink turns around to become bad for you.

don't start bringing logic into this Evil or Very Mad

so if 1&2 are good, 3&4 are bad, does that mean that 5&6 are good again, 7&8 bad, 9&10 good, 11&12 bad

better go for the 13&14 combo which should put me in the good category. thanks lil'k Very Happy

Heehee - no drink for 6 days - 'cept water and coffeee and such. I have never been weaker or danced worse...

What have I eaten today? Peanut butter - sans sugar and salt and oil - from the knife.

I am an elegant lady indeed.

Well, the food thing is because that was breakfast! It is not lunch time yet.

The booze thing? I easily fall into drinking too much - a stress thing - not too much in the sense of interfering with my life, but in the health sense. I have been doing it for the last month - since discovering that our dangerous and personality disordered Director - who we thought we had got rid of - is returning. My whole team has suddenly started eating too much chocolate and such, the drinkers are drinking too much, and so on.

I am giving my liver and such a rest, and breaking the cycle.

Time to pull out the exercise and healthy eating big guns, too - that man is NOT destroying my health again!
