Bagel and coffee on the run, I have a mini refrigerator next to my desk that I keep OJ in so I don't run down to the soda machine.

sozobe--

Cake freezes--in a chunk or in pre-cut, measured slices. Frozen cake requires planned dissipation.

Thus far today:

Breakfast: Metamucil, 6 oz. unsweetened grapefruit juice, three cups of tea and 8 strawberries.

Elevenses: 1/2 oz brie on crackers.

Lunch: Small portion of curry on small portion of rice.

Nibbles: Raw peppers, cucumber and radish. One chewy gumdrop.

The weather is very gray and I'm aching for high carb, high fat, soothing comfort food.

My wife and I went to a Japanese restaurant in downtown Sunnyvale. She had a fried pork, curry dish, and I had chicken teriyaki. c.i.

I had two meatloaf stuffed cabbage rolls, but it turned out the meatloaf was mixed with rice before it was cooked. White rice, the absolute last thing you want to eat on a low-carb diet.

Oh well, at least they tasted good.

Hahahaha, the Arrogant Bastard Ale, yep (tastes like one, if you ask me). Now what did I have, let's see. All started innocently: one coffee, one slim fast shake, one juice. Later one Lean Cuisine lunch. I thought I'd have yogurt and a banana and call it a day. But no. Instead I found a pack of Ferrero Rochers at the office, had 7, found 2 small bags of chips, ate them, found 4 chocolate chip cookies, ate'em too. i want something salty again, but am out of chips. will i go to hell?

Yes, you will.

But not for eating chips. For that one time you returned that movie without rewinding first.

pueo - good point..... I have to go rethink this whole "soda is bad for you, m'kay" thing......

I know! Most sodas (all big name sodas) have artificial flavors/colors... bad for you stuff.

excersizing to take weight off is much prefered to dieting to take weight off....
