The in and out are associated with the automated states of mind.

The still is associated with the manual state of mind.

Many believe that the “in the moment” state of consciousness is the place to be.

No it isn’t.

The still state of consciousness is the place to be.

The art of just Beng:

How can we lean to just BE and not engage with thoughts?

1.Meditate on just wearing our body as if it’s a pair of overalls.Ground ourselves.
2.Meditate on internally talking to ourselves.Listen to and Hear the sound of our own internal voice.Be comfortable with it.
3.Meditate on what it feels like to not internally talk to ourselves.Consciously stop the internal talking.Look and See what’s left in the silence.Be comfortable with it.
4.Start becoming more aware that we engage with certain thoughts.If we engage then we change the consciousness state.

Practice the above daily until mastered.

SELF is aware of the gap between thoughts and the silence and stillness that resides there.

SELF is a PRESENCE separate from consciousness and thoughts and emotions who is either aware or unaware and is therefore able or unable to control the mind.

SELF needs to get control of consciousness because if SELF has no control of consciousness then SELF has no control of the mind.

SELF needs to become more AWARE therefore of what it does within the mind to change the consciousness state experienced.

SELF ENGAGES with a different consciousness state willingly or unknowingly ENGAGES with a certain thought type which changes the consciousness state.

SELF needs to become more AWARE of the consciousness EXPERIENCE when SELF stops the ENGAGING.

SELF needs to become more and more AWARE of the STILL consciousness state.

I would say that psychologist are largely unsuccessful today because they have no understanding of consciousness and are therefore unable to explain to their clients the importance of gaining control over it.

I would suggest that being able to control the consciousness experience is the single biggest challenge for individuals today.

There are three states of consciousness from my experience.

-The in the moment state.
-The out of the moment state.
-The still state.

As most individuals have very little understanding and therefore no control of consciousness “toggling” then is it any wonder that serious mental health issues are on the rise.

Everything vibrates in the cosmos including consciousness

All the sciences are interconnected.

Consciousness "toggling" is associated with electromagnetic interactions.
