Day 1 pushups pullups squats, Day 2 chinups, diamond pushups, squats, I just cycle through them.

Au contraire.It is highly recommended. Schwarzenegger used to do 2,500 at least twice a day.

Sorry you perceived that as attitude, but no, I wanted an answer specifically on the question I asked, not a statement, I didn't include sets and reps because that's not what I was asking.
