If the woman has the basic structure, well proportioned, nice teeth, healthy etc. Make up is what makes the difference. There just is no such thing as a naturally beautiful woman. It takes make up to make her beautiful. A woman without make up looks like a ghost, unappealing.
I never cease to be amazed at how a woman can change her entire "aura" by changing her makeup. Yeah, you take a woman without lipstick on and it is downright disgusting to kiss her. It's like kissing fingers or a hand or something. Same with eye shadow. It enhances the shape the gloss of the eyeballs so they look nice. I like plucked eyebrows, I like lots of dye in their hair, plenty of beautiful smelling powder and perfume. The smell of the proverbial French whore is just fine with me.
Show me a woman that does not have the decency to wear make up and I will show you a lazy, "plain Jane." I would not give a woman a second look if she is not made up. No long fingernails though. I like them short, filed to a gentle point, ruby red. Foot nails the same. Lots of skin moistener. Scented of course. Panty hose is a must. If not wearing high heels? It has to be penny loafers. Long woolen skirts, hoop earrings. Shoulder length hair or an "updo". No pixie stuff, no wild savage stuff down to the waist either. Nice sexy slave bracelet on the ankle. NO tattoos for God's sake!
Young married college educated American women of the late fifties, early sixties were the best dressed, best made up women in history.
