Trust The Science

You hear this phrase tossed around, as if to say "sure, you can trust scientists. It's not like they would ever do anything

Oh REAAAALLY? Let's flashback a bit. After WWII, a chemical used to coat tanks with introduced to the public. You know of it as Teflon. But it's used to coat everything from rugs to raincoats, though primarily, yes, it was for Teflon. Turns out that that this miracle wonder product wasn't what it was cracked up to be though. We saw a disturbing movie called Dark Waters, which showed a farmer named Wilbur Tennant, and his attempt to get a lawyer to bring a suit against DuPont after large amounts of PFOA were found in his water. Apparently, the stuff will not break down in the body, making it much like DDT and those pesticides with an effect on an ecosystem. The cows were having trouble with reproduction, some were deformed, they had enlarged organs, and cancerous growths, among other things. 190 of his cows died, and worse, it had gotten into drinking water. He had a smoker's cough even though he'd never smoked in his life. It gets worse. Most of us wash our Teflon pans, so theoretically, most drinking water has "fluoride" in it. Moreover, if you overheat the pan, you can get Teflon flu.

I did some shopping today for a new pan. Turns out not only was it difficult to find pans that were not coated with nonstick chemicals (even expensive stuff like Calphelon had a nonstick hard anodized plate), a tri-plated metal system (the central plate is normally aluminum, which helps conduct but is terrible if the aluminum manages to leach into the cooked material, or Bakelite (I checked, even the so called healthy pans had this, a plastic made from unsavory chemicals like formaldehyde that resembles wood). They literally do not want to spend effort making a legit safe cooking pan when there is so much more money to be had making unsafe ones. And no, it wasn't about paying more money.

So, someone asks me to follow the science on vaccines? I tell them about Wilbur Tennant and his 190 dead cows, and how his entire town was polluted with a dumped chemical product that caused birth deformities, cancers, and tooth decay. (Along with about 6 major ailments).

But even before that, I'm still skeptical of science and medicine. Why? Well, let's chalk it up to numerous visits to the hospital as a kid thanks to seizures, which it turned out I would probably outgrow. Or ADD, which it turns out is frequently overdiagnosed. Or acne medication, when it was just my mom being neurotic. When I stopped using the stuff, my skin cleared right up.

Are you aware that the makers of most of these vaccines have lawsuit protection? Still wanna take the jab, knowing that if you do later develop a problem, there is absolutely no way you can protect yourself?

Here is a nine hour video listing how the FDA knew side effects of COVID vaccine well in advance of the public, yet still allowed its approval. This after having the following long list of adverse reactions: Guillain-Barre syndrome, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, encephalitis/ myelitis/ encephalomyelitis/ meningoencephalitis/ meningitis/ encephalopathy, convulsions/seizures, stroke, narcolepsy and cataplexy, anaphylaxis, acute myocardial infarction, myocarditis/pericarditis, autoimmune disease, deaths, pregnancy and birth outcomes, other acute demyelinating diseases, non-anaphylactic allergic reactions, thrombocytopenia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, venous thromboembolism, arthritis and arthralgia/joint pain, Kawasaki disease, multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, and vaccine enhanced disease.

No that's

Huuuh huuuhh huuuhhhh...

But anyway, Best Answer.

Let's trust science that has killed loads of people from cancer?

Or let's trust our faith and our own right to make medical decisions.

@bulmabriefs144,
16 COVID deaths in Queensland Tuesday 18/1/22.

Of the most recent deaths, three people were in their 70s, eight in their 80s, four in their 90s and one person aged over 100.

Four had not been vaccinated, two had received one dose and 10 had been double vaccinated — none had received a booster.

Nine were residential aged care residents.

@The Anointed,
Based on that, we can conclude one of two things:
1. The vaccines don't do any good.
2. More were vaccinated than not. Maybe the vaccines are dangerous?
Oh yeah, and...
3. If they're dying in their 70s, 80s, 90s, and 100s, they aren't really dying of COVID. People get old, and they die.
