pls help

so im 15 y.o and i like this 17 y.o that I work with. i have a feeling he might like me back but im not sure. this are some examples of why i think this:
- he randomly touches my shoulder/ bumps into me on purpose
-he likes to watch me
-he constantly tells me all the things hes good at
- constantly comments on my height. told me today im at a perfect height in a way i think bc he kept saying that im at perfect shoulder height
-he makes somewhat flirty jokes i think. an example would be: Today i bumped into him and he smirks at me and goes, i like it when you play rough with me, but then when i said, im sorry what, he said, nvm if something has to be said twice its better left unsaid,. he also teased me about organizing our dipping sauces at work and said that he thought i would make an interesting girlfriend because i was so tidy and organized. pls help idk what this means does he like me? what should i do???
