"insane" means that somebody has some sort of mentality but that it just isn't hitting on all eight cylinders. Joe Biden is not to that point, like an earth worm or a snail or some other very low form of animal life, he doesn't appear to have any mentality at all. He simply is not to the point at which you'd worry about whether or not he was sane.
biden is consistently at least ten points ahead of trump's high point in approval. simply because he is quietly competent, whereas trump was loudly incompetent. the job market is redhot and rebounding. the response to covid has been far and away above anything trump did. xscience is once again the basis for decision-making. theere is a massive infrsastructure bill, which is going to kickstart the economy more. Your critique is so contrafactual as to be pure far=right parody of reality.
BIDEN: "We need to go community-by-community, neighborhood-by-neighborhood, and oft times door-to-door, literally knocking on doors" to get people vaccinated.
