Sure, she could have refused to get vaccinated. But that would feed into the suspicions of many of her constituents that the vaccine is dangerous. Her being vaccinated is not "immoral", the woman is not a "POS" nor should she "resign from Congress in shame" — that's a total over-reaction. Conservatives can opportunistically jump on this event in their apparent need to damage this woman's political career but it will be forgotten before the next news cycle.
