Okay, I'm catching up here, but slowly...

I am seeing a plan coming together for Wednesday, December 14th at Summer Shack in Cambridge.

I have a ballet class in the South End on Wednesdays from 7 - 8:30, so (depending upon if I get a ride or take the subway) I could arrive 9 or 9:30. Will folks still be around at that hour? (Of course you will.)

SEPARATELY, my 30th birthday is on December 8th. I am having a party on Saturday the 3rd at my new place in Somerville, MA. I will be making tapas, hors d'oeuvres, and such. Bring yourself, tasty beverages, and a friend. All are invited. Especially those a2k'ers I knew way back in the day! If you're free on the 3rd, PM me and I'll send you my number and address!

So do we have a list of people who are coming? Should we pm anyone that we know of from the area that may have missed this thread?

I am not quite sure how this all works still

Cl-

Time and place have been settled. The Guest List will evolve.

George--

My Near & Dear suggest that since my flight lands mid-afternoon that it might make sense to go directly to the Snack Shack from the airport and then impose on you at the end of the evening for a ride to Lowell.

Meanwhile, all is fluid--including the weather.

You really believe that something as complex as a Guest List evolves? Obviously they have an intelligent design.

Anyway, I would like to put my name on this one...

Any one for a Used Paperback Exchange to celebrate an ecumenical Festival of Increasing Light?

eBrown--

I'll enjoy meeting you.

LittleK--

Both of us need some pleasant anticipation--we've earned it.

Wednesday, Dec. 14, promises to be a very challenging day at work for me. But -- if I can possibly make it -- put me down on the guest list with a large question mark next to my name. Jespah knows me by sight, but just to be sure, if I do come, I'll make sure and wear cowboy boots and something resembling a Stetson.

Hey, that's right. We were practically table-mates at that get-together for Lola. But I've grown a very neat little goatee since that time, littlek. Look like Buffolo Bill Cody now, so the Stetson is still appropriate. Smile

Please wear something in addition to the Stetson and cowboy boots. It's not that type of gathering. Twisted Evil
