Dolores Cahill is the chairperson of the Irish Freedom Party, a very small right-wing[ (and hard Eurosceptic) political party in Ireland, with no seats at local or national level (5,495 first pref votes in the last national election).

I'm glad you posted that link because it's a great example of interpreting news from questionable sources. Here's a line from the story:

I was able to find alternative coverage in other sources so I can accept the fact as stated. But that doesn't give you the option to spin the story and use it as a base for making an outright lie:

If it were designed to be a lethal poison, don't you think Georg Soros (or whoever you claim is behind this) could afford to develop one that worked a little more effectively? One death, two days after the injection? Millions of people have already been vaccinated — if those people are dropping dead, Soros is doing a great job hiding the fact.

Instead of ineptly trying to promote a stupid story with no factual basis to back up your claim, why not wait for the result of the autopsy, which was supposed to have been done yesterday?
