I ate cheesy puffs and pizza roll-up snacky things. I kind of like be a grown up. But, I guess I should also eat some veggies.....

and the deep dish pizza is far superior food group to other pizzas. but i ain't a fan of pizzas, hence not a good judge in the pizza department.

The Chicago deep dish pizza is a wonderful invention of the pizza industry, which allows them to sell you three to four times as much bread, with no comensurate increase in the other ingredients, charge you twice as much, and call it a bargain.

Went to my friends house this afternoon, for some video gaming, loud music playing, and general hanging around.

For supper, he prepared wild salmon steaks for us.

I suggest everyone should only eat wild salmon... but I come from a salmon fisheries village.

For dinner tonight we had chicken tortilla soup -- it had both roasted chicken in it and a chicken sausage with black beans & chipotle sauce. Stirred a bit of sour cream in that. Tasty.

Yogurt & raspberries & blueberries for dessert -- my favorite.
