I am a neutralist on this issue of homosexual marriage.
If there were a referendum on this, I woud not vote,
but I think that you got the concept backward,
in that if government keeps out of people 's lives,
then it will do
NOTHING, including issuing anyone
licenses to marry.

People shoud marry by their own choice
( like thay decide which movie to watch )
and simply
INFORM government of their decision,
for purposes of recognition for whatever benefits apply.
