@georgeob1,
georgeob, since you apparently agree with the president, can you explain how he's a "CORRUPT POLITICIAN"? He seems to be pretty competent at laying out a case, even when potential evidence has been withheld from him, which would indicate that he's well aware of the law and the consequences of breaking it. Do you guys have some knowledge about payoffs he's received or shakedowns he's been involved in? Because a charge like political corruption implies actual wrongdoing; being a member of the opposition party is not an indication of dishonest behavior. And I'd be interested in the diagnosis of "sickness" and why you guys suspect either a physical or mental disorder. I haven't detected any signs of illness, his colleagues don't shun him, so I'm wondering what it is that you're seeing here that I'm missing. Maybe the alleged "thin neck" led to a misdiagnosis?
And finally, what has he "done to our Country"? Why is standing up for our diplomatic corps considered destructive? Why is investigating possible presidential abuse of power so upsetting to you guys? And, while I haven't heard you comment on this, why are Republicans so put out by the CBS report? If it wasn't true it's CBS that's at fault. Even Schiff added that he hoped it wasn't true. Given everything that's unfolded in this investigation the CBS report seems pretty believable, especially after hearing the president fuming over Marie Yovanovitch and ordering her to be "taken out". The man demands loyalty and he likes to issue threats. Why not defend his right to discipline the members of his party instead of jumping ship and acting as if there's no way he'd ever say such a thing — especially when he says similar things all the time?
