So, Edgar and 68,000 readers are wrong.

Snood is ALWAYS ‘do as I say, not as I do.’ Cause he’s very special.

As I said and as the piece shows, he did not criticize ONLY the left.

No. Not readers. Published tweets.

The Pew Research Center has just released a report detailing the role Twitter bots play in spreading links

...Of all of the tweeted links included in the study, 66 percent were shared by what appear to be bots. And 22 percent of tweets with links to popular news and current event sites were posted by the top 500 most-active suspected bot accounts. Comparatively, the 500 most-active human accounts were only responsible for six percent of tweeted links to those types of sites.

That last quote is particularly relevant, obviously. And we know that the Russians (and other bad-faith agents) are going to be even more active re the presidential election.

Of course, they won't just be tweeting assorted opinions or links, they are going to design their operations to create maximal disaffection on the left in support of a Trump re-election.

Where people like you, Lash, are forwarding vile smears, false equivalences, propaganda lines etc about other Dem candidates you're behaving exactly as those bad faith agents want.

@hightor,

Do you really think a significant number of left-leaning people around the world think of China as a progressive, left-leaning state? Its record is abysmal on women's rights, freedom of expression, treatment of prisoners, the environment, regional relations — and on and on. If there's any pro-China sentiment I think it's more of a feeling that, as a third world developing country we might be expected to extend it a little slack. Obviously, it's not a third world developing country so I don't think that particular sentiment holds water. And there may be some leftists who adopt the "enemy of my enemy" approach and see the country as a counterweight to the USA but I don't believe you'll find that many leftists who think the country is immune from criticism because it's seen as a socialist paradise — it isn't.

Then why isn't there concerted criticism from the left? Riddle me that Batman.

You who don't know how to get beyond centrism spend entirely too much energy defending the status quo, which has actually been slid out from under our feet because of hanging onto a sliding center too long, while our "leaders" were getting bribed to fail. Somebody has to grow a spine around here. All that bullshit about progressives are too stupid to think for themselves and are herded by Russians is the biggest crybaby crap I have encountered in 77 years on this planet. It's just one more centrist trap to justify their own failure.

Lash used to be somewhat as some on here portray her, and now want to consider her foxfire in disguise. They use this as a weapon to trivialize everything she says. They have been fond in the past of proclaiming Hillary "evolved", without a shred of proof. But lash is not allowed to evolve her thinking. So the responses to everything she posts comes in the form of personal attacks.

I'm totally positive that you are a nitwit

An Internet bot, also known as a web robot, robot or simply bot, is a software application that runs automated tasks over the Internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human alone.

I don't mean this as any sort of statement on this guy's policy proposals or ideological leanings. But it's good window into this guy as a human. He's with Jimmy Fallon and Scarlet Johannson. He's very sharp. I like the guy.
