It is said that if Mexicans suddenly decided to vote in large numbers, they would sway the vote in many parts of the nation, Texas being a prime example. Of course, with the current administration deporting even legal residents who are Mexican, plus the other acts of prejudice and intimidation, they don't seem to feel a part of the system. What is generally assumed is they would vote blue. Examination of their beliefs has lately cast doubt on this assumption. I personally worked with Mexicans who did not consider Obama the best choice to lead us. On the other hand, I know a Mexican who votes as liberal as myself. Since the Mexicans generally will not start voting any time soon, the speculation is just that. Speculation, and not moving any polls.

Trump's statement referred to illegal immigrants, not to Mexicans in general.
And he was correct. Some of the people who illegally sneak into the country are drug runners and rapists. And others are good people.

And quite a lot more that were born and raised here are drug runners, rapists, thieves, murderers, etc. Maybe Trump should just exit the country since he doesn't like it. (though I have a feeling, he wouldn't be too happy anywhere else either)
Trump's anti-immigration is focussed primarily on those who aren't from certain spaces of Europe.
I don't understand candidates like Beto O'Rourke. Cruz brutally punches him. He mildly offers a few platitudes instead of countering. For a few weeks now.
