First, while I did post the Newsweek comment about Trump, nowhere has it been suggested that Trump was sexually involved with minors. And, other than the usual innuendo from right-wing anti-Clinton sources, I haven't seen credible accusations about Bill Clinton or Dershowitz either, just as yet unsubstantiated allegations and denials.
I wish people would let the legal cases develop before making charges which might end up looking scurrilous — or not. It's the rush to label people we don't like as "pedophiles" which bothers me. Hell, it's enough to just point out that all these sleazebags hang out together — that's why I thought the Trump connection was important. If they're guilty they should be tried and punished. Hard labor would be my preference.
As to thumbdowns, I plead innocent here. coldjoint posted an article which he's posted a number of times before; it contains no original content and doesn't, by itself, merit condemnation. However if people vote down coldjoint for posting on a thread for "progressives" or because they don't like seeing his pink text, that's another case entirely.
