<grin>

I had some tattoo artist friends in GA who had a stoopid tax on the tattoos they did - or maybe on the clients they had.

Nice, I should put that on my toolbox, my customers might get the hint.

I deal with the last scenario all too often.

I'll apply for the jack of all trades master of none positon.

Edgar, having not been a2king for a week or so, seeing a new thread by you is the first thing I read. You always seem to fix the dark mood found elsewhere on a2k.

Personally, I have thought for the past 20 or 30 years that Sweet Baby James Taylor would be the ideal handy man....sigh.

I install appliances. Sometimes just a replacement other times I have to start from scratch.

Ex: If someone wants a vent hood above their range and they only have cabinets. I would remove/modify the cabinet, pull electric, cut a hole in the house and run ductwork (sometimes through a foot and a half of brick) then put it all together and hang and level the hood.

Its not bad from the ground up. When a contractor has tried and messed everything up and I have to clean up his mess is when it becomes frusrating.

Sublime - yep, I can see why that'd be a mess.

I can do quite a bit, from roofing to installing or troubleshooting residential air conditioning. I do not like plumming and have minimal electrical skills. But, hell, I'm not the one auditioning here. I plan to assign jobs, not do them. Do you see dirt on this shirt? I didn't think so.

No way. Give a corner of the yard over to rabbitbush. I've heard they even have a dwarf variety out, now.
