Hi there!
I am Lalani. I am looking for an answer and I know I am super confused. I have sort of a crush on this guy who is four years younger than me. I have a gut feeling that he likes me we don't talk often. We work in the same place in different locations and I have seen him staring at me and he has interest in knowing about my personal life including my family and my relationship status. When we meet, he often asks me lots of questions and somewhat flirty. He never texts me or like any of my posts in FB and I too! I think we have kind of an ego strike. I just don't know where I am standing but my intuition tells he likes me. What can i do and how to find out? Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Age is a number only.Ask him some personal questions to show your interest and see if he asks you out. At least show your interest before asking him out
