I've been wondering if Jackson's weired behavior can be blamed entirely on him considering how his parents treated him during his youth? He really didn't have a 'normal' childhood. I don't think he really had a childhood, so he's grasping at some of it in his older years.
i think he is guilty.havent witnesses said that they saw him putting his hand down a boys pants?!?! its not the parents fault though what they must be going through is terrible
jeeb, Welcome to a2k. Just because somebody makes an accusation doesn't make it true. There's an old saying, don't believe anything you hear and only half of what you see. Good advise. Only fools make quick conclusions.
hey that is good advise!where did you hear that cicerone imposter?
jeep, Don't know, but it was many life-times ago! LOL
did u just call me jeep?lol good advice anyway!
Seems the momma of the kid that accused Jackson of molestation trained her kid in acting classes, and she was involved in a false charge against JC Penny in a suit concerning injury inflected by her husband and blamed the security guard at the store.
I believe the defense closed it's case today. It's up to the prosecution to bring up more witnesses or close. Anybody want to venture a guess what the verdict will be?
i don't know if he will be found guilty or innocent, but i beleive he did do it.
as far as past cases being brought up in child molestation cases...i think they should be.
When it comes to child molestation, its always he said she said. There is hardly ever any concrete evidence.
So what do you have to go by?
character, credibility, testimony.
The past cases show all this.

Quote, "There is hardly ever any concrete evidence." Problem is, nor does the charges have any "concrete evidence."
That's the reason why we have a court sytem of justice where any charges are considered by the peer group.
I haven't been following this so much....but does this case involve money?
I know when i had my child molestation case, it was just a criminal case, i wasn't awarded any damages....
If it was about money, do you think it would have settled out of court by now?
hmmmm...i guess we will have to see...i suppose if they win this round against jackson, they could go for a civil suit...
Anything is possible; the jury has a hard decision to make. There are too many pros and cons that support both sides. I'd hate to be a member of that jury.
yeah me too, this is the second time around though....if i were jackson, i would have never put myself in this situation again.
but alas, i am not him.....
Jackson is a wierd guy (that's not the question); I don't think he ever grew up like normal people.
Well i don't know him personally. Can't really say how his upbringing has affected him.
I grew up in a disfunctional family as well, so...by my experiences, IF he did molest these children, his upbringing is no excuse. If he can't distiguish right from wrong, he can't function in society, he deserves to suffer consequences. Hopefully they will make him go to therapy. Thats IF he did do it....i still think they should do a psychiatric evaluation on him, and get him some therapy though, even if he's proven not guilty.
I don't disagree with your opinion; if he did the crime, he should pay irregardless of his upbringing. The background of the accuser's mother is not a clean slate either, and she tried to sue JC Penny on false charges to get "easy money." "Easy money" in this case is getting lots of it without earning it. I have also seen teachers in our area charged with molestation by children later to find out it was based on lies. The teacher was suspended, and his reputation ruined. Just because somebody makes an accusation, doesn't make it true. That's the reason why I will not state categorically that Jackson is guilty. I wasn't there to see it for myself.
huh
hang on acting classes?!?!? whats with this kid and his parents?!? still hes got a year for it(michael jackson that is)wouldanyone like to fill me in on whats benn goin on? im lost. *JEEB*
I'm with cicerone, we don't know if he's guilty, that will be
for the jury to decide.
Regardless, I am repeating my previous statement, Jackson
has the mental capacities of a 10 year old and as such he
likes to hang out with boys around this age group and has
sleep overs and whatever else these boys do in this age
bracket.
He might be brillliant in his singing abilities, but completely
underdeveloped as a human being.
In any case, it will be a sad day for Jackson, once the verdict
is reached. If he gets free he'll be doomed, and if he's convicted he'll be doomed as well
