osso, yes, you have said so many times.
One time we couldn't get rid of this roomate so we said "The hell with it." and moved in three hardcore punkrockers. From their it became a hardcore party pad. The girls started showing up. We partied for a month and a half straight.People laid out all over the floor. Everybody lost their keys so we just started climbing in the windows.
Then our pad became known in the clubs as the cool place with all the cool people in it. Then everything went to hell. People had to go to rehab. Move out of state.
In the end it was just me cleaning up the mess and walking out the front door alone.
I have no idea what happened to that roommate. I can't remember.
Ha. This one would try to socialize awkwardly with the punkrockers (he's a post-doc in math). they would flee.
i do have backing though. my friend is staying over tonight, it's easier to bear his presence when someone else is around too.
i would like a punkrock pad. for a week. well, weekend surely. or to visit for a party and then go home.
Is this the same roommate you guys have been talking about for months?
I hate to tell you guys this but you will have to think of something if you are not happy.
why thank you, amigo. yes, i think of him leaving. in 21 days.
I guess I should read the thread if i'm really interested.
there are better things to do with one's time. it's where we go rant and vent and bitch. i suggest Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov. You'll like that better, I promise.
Amigo, did you live with Motley Crue right around 1980?
I felt a little sorry for your housemate when I read this. He sounded like a sad creature, vaguely Gollum-like. Piteable.

How does he eat them? hunched over the stove, yes. Like an ugly furry nasty animal, gobbling it with his paws. Yechchchhhc. He's soooo disgusting.
Then I read this...and the pity went out the door. Right to forget? Jeez. He is a child. Forgot to become a responsible adult as he aged.

T22 now?
The same retard that emailed me about changing the lightbulb, then had his a/c turned on sitting on a chair is back at it. Here's the email exchange(we'll use his nickname):
"I guess we're getting all our light problems out of the way at once. The kitchen light censor wasn'tworking, and I'm not sure how to turn it on manualy. I was wondering if you could check it out when you geta chance. Thanks,
Retard"
My response:
"Retard, check the switch to the right of the fridge, kind of behind it."
His response:
"It works now. Thanks,
Retard"
Haha! That guy's just stoopid, at least.
Poor retard. At least his motor skills seem to be working.
And at that same place, I have to fill one of the rooms for Sept. 1st. Which won't be a problem, but it's twice as hard because one of the guys just doesn't want to live with a female. Maybe I should just kick his ass out.
And the floor below me I rent, the 2 girls asked the guy to leave. It's a little like littlek's/dag's situation, but he just doesn't do his chores. Well he said he isn't. And I can't kick him out, he signed a 1 year lease until next Feb.
He said he isn't gonna leave or that he isn't gonna clean? or both?
I'm sure the lease stipulates that the apartment has to be kept in a good condition. As a landlord you can require him to clean or to hire cleaners, no? And if he still won't, you can ask him to leave since he broke the lease... that is if you wanna go that route. Sucks for them. Well, for you, too.
I have a friend who's looking for a room from Sept. 1, but he will want to be closer to Boston College.... no car and all. Plus I think his girlfriend is coming too, so they might be looking for something together... in any case, I'll ask him.
This isn't a great location to commute to BC. He's better off looking in Brighton or Newton. Thank you though! Still run it by him, it's a nice place.
He said he isn't going to leave. I don't want to get involved in trying to boot him over something like that. Not worth it...he pays his rent and isn't ruining the place or anything. Plus I'm not really living with him.
fair enough. i guess the girls will either deal with it and make him clean or formulate an official complaint and you can deal with it then. which probably won't happen.
Can you get messy guy to move in with the other two guys, and then just fill his spot in the place with the two chicks?

Why would I knowingly put an inconsiderate slob in my other place? I'd rather just find someone that at least claims to be clean.
