I agree with Fox, though, I don't want to get into a pissing contest.
I would like to hear some further discussion about my claims that the arguments presented lack evidence. It seems to me that my points have been dropped in the face of all the sniping back and forth in the last few pages, but I still think we could get back to it.
Fox, 2 things.
Have you really been to
www.newamericancentury.org ? Have you read the articles? You do realize who wrote the articles, what they say, and how they epitomize the NeoCon viewpoint? During our discussion I got the impression that you believed that they were nothing more than a 'partisan site,' which I do agree with; extremely partisan, and also the people running our country. Any thoughts?
Secondly, I believe that the critical component of the argument is to show how Liberal proffessors in general are bad for students, and how the courses themselves are taught from a liberal slant which is bad for students. Now is when you should present the evidence that this is true; I'll freely admit that you are correct if you can show me how this is true, in a wide-spread fashion that would call for legislation (as many seem to promote), using data and not Anecdotal resources.
