Ever hear of Carol Leifer? She is one of the funniest female comedians I have ever listened to. She has done a bunch of thing's from hosting show's to small parts in movies, writing a few episodes of Seinfeld etc.
Check her out if you get the chance.

I just looked her up...she's not familar, but I'm sure I've seen her on tv.
One woman that cracks me up is Wanda Sykes. She's funny as hell. Her voice and mannerisms make her that much better too.
