I was obviously following the use in everyday's German - ignorant just means "not having taken notice", from the original Latin meaning of 'ignore'.

(I'm sometimes totally an ignorant re. traffic signs - which certainly is a violations against those TOS Laughing )

Therapy might help him to express his anger and frustration more appropriately. I think any physician would agree that those who rage have more health problems than people who are mature enough to learn self-control. Despite the past myths (re the need to express anger for mental and physical health reasons), he's clearly on the road to major health problems and possibly more prone to heart attacks.

Sorry Tico,

I'm not letting anyone misrepresent my positions because he's too ignorant to know what they are. ....

Try to do it without violating the TOS ... that's all I asked.

Ignorant is Ignorant!! I will drop it at this point because the fact has been made obvious and there's no reason to beat it to death!

I certainly disagree with name calling. However, I've observed on A2K insults worse than that and saw no action taken against it.

I think it has to be reported before action can be considered. Many perhaps think it's not worth their time or trouble. Personally, I think it says more about the person doing the name-calling than it does about the recipient.

Oh, absolutely, Francis. No doubt about it.

Of course that doesn't make it any less a violation of the TOS.
