To be very honest, Cousin Alphonse wasn't the only family member who couldn't really be trusted with the young 'uns ...

"Lastly", Blatham? When there is such an archive of family pics still to be explored?

Striking likeness, tho, that picture ...

Here's Dlowan's much-maligned brother, whom she couldn't save from a life of crime ...

... and from the same collection, a youthful pic of her sister from those wild hippie days, back when life was good, drugs were easy to get, and contraception wasn't.

Well, I'm done too. I can only hope we have offered the unsuspecting readers a glimmer of the richness of the dlowan family's multi-facetted history ... and may dlowan herself now feel encouraged to be bold and come out with some pictures that show a less flattering side of it! We've done enough flattering after all, methinks.

As far as I'm concerned, the most remarkable thing about the movie is that's it's apparently so remarkable. I might go see it out of morbid curiosity if I wasn't concerned that my heathenistic chortling would offend the pie-eyed pious around me and perhaps put me in harm's way. (I felt that way watching Titanic.) It's the fascination with the mechanism of Christ's death that confounds me: the Romans crucified all kinds of people, but somehow the crucifixion of this one individual was unique.

Oops, that's not digressory.

dog

Folks sitting near me seemed uncomfortable whenever I'd yell out "Hit him again, you wimpy jewish people!" But perhaps that was just a local oddity.

I was also most un-moved by Titanic.

I went with a far more impressionable friend - at one point she turned to me with tears in her eyes and said something like: "How could he DO/SAY that?"

Wearily I replied: "Because it's in the damn SCRIPT!"

There are so many really lousy movies that I've taken to using my daughter as a sort of canary. She died watching Titanic, so I skipped it. But I actually cried recently during some film, yet I can't for the life of me remember what film that was.

Hmmm, why is it that when I try to find avatars of nun bunny pictures, all I get are pornographic sites?
Were you aware that there are bunny vibrators?
Oh my...
