Well, they kinda like live in your gut anyway. But, I guess there, their bugshit mixes with your bugs **** and I guess it's not so bad ----- huh?

I am only as trying as you want me to be. And yes, yoghurt has plenty of culture, mostly acidophilus, good for the stomach.

Prebiotic? What, like, primordial soup?

Don't bother to answer that for my edification, ehbeth. I'll probably never see the answer. But if anyone else is wondering what the hell a prebiotic ingredient might be, please take the tattooed Canadian lass to task on my behalf.
