Let's do the nation a favor. Let's put a statute of limitations on obessing about Bill Clintons sexual escapades. It is completely counter productive.

Let's say one more week so everyone can get it out of their system (so to speak) and then that's it.

Whaddya think?

I think it's very telling when this is brought up time and again. It's a fixation and there's many ways to read it. My favorite is they are secretly pining to have his member in their mouth. They should really get professional help in that regard.

Every woman's got someone she regrets; it's just that Monica's was the leader of the free world instead of the clerk at Payless Shoe Source (to paraphrase Chris Rock).

I've yet to see Bush's DUI brought up in this forum -- it's no less petty than Clinton's sexual escapades. Bush could have killed someone while driving around drunk.

true, I don't know how drunk he was, but driving under the influence is a danger to many, bonking an intern isn't really dangerous at all.

littlek -- there's also the correct notion that there were many other times he wasn't caught. Actually, Monica got a life from her experience instead of losing one.

not life or death - well, unless it's AIDS. But you can't compare the real danger between sex and drunk driving.

If "Bush is current news", why then do we have this thread?

Oh! Many unwanted pregnancies lead to abortions. Not a pleasant experience, either mentally or physically. Of course, one might also die during the procedure, too.
