@Frank Apisa,
He is not quite a has been, he has 30 days to make war on constitution and US government. He entertained the thought of using martial law on an election result he didn't win. Luckily, the military had already said, it was not their place to interfere in elections. We have a system to deal questions of the result of elections and Trump has used up the system and he lost all of them but one, so out of spite, there is no telling what he will think to do next.

I've been trying to put myself in place of Pence come January 6 when he has declare for Biden after all this. I wouldn't want to be him the day after.

Here's when you just need to realize you should take a break from A2K. Your posts are too wild and majorly bizarre. Even the thought of declaring martial law is so wrong, so out there, so over the top, makes you seem unstable and downright certifiably nuts.

Here is where you show your desperation because I do not want to shut up and obey.

I like the idea of giving the Air Force secret control of the ICBMs so they will be able to disregard Mr. Biden and wage a nuclear war on behalf of the nation even without his permission.

@farmerman,
I am well aware of history, and there is ample precedent for giving the Air Force secret control of the ICBMs so they can launch them without presidential permission.

@Rebelofnj,
Washinton Post wrote:
Similarly, Barr said he would not name a special counsel to investigate Hunter Biden, President-election Joe Biden's son who revealed earlier this month he was under investigation for possible tax crimes. Barr said the investigation was "being handled responsibly and professionally" by regular Justice Department prosecutors, and he hoped that would continue in the next administration.

"To this point, I have not seen a reason to appoint a special counsel, and I have no plan to do so before I leave," Barr said.

The comments are likely to further erode what is already a significantly damaged relationship between Barr and Trump.

Mr. Trump should just appoint the independent prosecutors himself.

rev, unfortunately, what you write is totally true. However, with that said, I do believe he is in the has-been stage already and this is putting a lot of pressure on his narcissictically pressured mind to react my in much more irrational maner , as.you describe! Anti-social, anti-American, even anti-world!

@coldjoint,
If Plump takes the opportunity to declare martial law, it will be generations in the un -doing if it ever undone at all.

Like Eisenhower so brilliantly said.

I cannot imagine Trump as a wartime president. He would fold after a few camera op meetings and a few dumass speeches about shower hads or hats or how he was outsmarted by losing a second term

Although, Trump has much experience with that sort of thing.

Exercising normal presidential authority is neither going around the law nor breaking the law.

I demonstrate it all the time. You are just not intelligent enough to understand it.

Keep in mind that your failures are your own. They are not my failures.

But what happens if acting AG Rosen also agrees with Barr and doesn't apppoint any special counsel? Will Trump continue to fire the Attorney General until he gets what he wants?

That's one good option. Another is for Mr. Trump to just appoint the independent prosecutors himself.

Presidential power does not mean unlimited power. There are still checks and balances at play between the three branches of government.

It is already clear that Congress (the Democrat controlled House and McConnell's Senate) and The Supreme Court are not going to help with Trump's fraud allegations, and the military has stated repeatedly that they will not be involved in any election related activities. So what Trump can actually do is limited at this point.

The appointment of independent prosecutors lies well within the normal authority of the executive branch. And the President has unlimited power within the executive branch.

I always sound as intelligent as I claim to be.

I am not however responsible for your inability to comprehend. Again, your failures are your own.

He was cheated out of his second term and until those machines are audited that fact will remain. No one will believe Biden is legitimate until it is proven those machines were not rigged.

Democrats can simply hand them over. Why don't they?

@coldjoint,
Most all the states have GOP led voting management. (Pa is a perfect example and they say to trumps minions--"Keep yer damn hands off our property youve had over 50 chances to make a point and have failed"
