Still reading through the Michigan report. So far it says the dominion machine was severely flawed and would enable fraud - in either direction. A machine the operates in such as way that it would enable fraud is proof of a machine that operates in such a way that would enable fraud. You need evidence one step beyond that to say there was actual fraud (as in this case, there are two parties that could benefit from such)

And Michigan still doesn't change the fact of anything I said.

- so Trump hasn't lost the vast majority of the court cases he instigated?
- so he and his supporters don't keep frequently coming up claims of fraud wth only half the information needed to make informed decisions as to whether or not fraud occured?
- Trump isn't refusng to hand over power?

Michigan legislature committees subpoena election evidence from Detroit and nearby suburb

Concerned about possible election evidence being destroyed, members of a joint session of the Michigan Legislature’s House and Senate oversight committees on Tuesday voted to issue subpoenas to Detroit and the nearby suburb of Livonia demanding they surrender hard drives, emails, absentee voter counting board laptops and other election-related materials.

One Senate Democrat reportedly joined his Republican colleagues in supporting the subpoenas.

Trump is doing nothing illegal. They just have to suck it up.

Judge rejects Trump Organization's claim of privilege to shield documents from New York attorney general

A judge in New York on Tuesday rejected President Donald Trump's claim of attorney-client privilege that could have shielded documents from the New York Attorney General's office.

The Trump Organization was given until Friday to turn over documents from the engineer of its Seven Springs Estate, a property in Westchester County being investigated by Attorney General Tish James over how it was valued by the organization while seeking tax benefits from New York state.

At issue is whether the property's conservation easement is legitimate. The president's son, Eric, sat for a deposition. James' office is looking into whether an improper valuation let the Trump Organization take a $21 million tax deduction.
