In the face of an all-out gas-lighting campaign by media and courts to label Trump election challenges as lacking evidence, an attorney who says in the clearest terms that he now has forensic evidence of Dominion vote-counting machine hacking is being blocked by a court from showing that evidence to the public.

The court order stands as the Electoral College is scheduled to meet on Monday, December 14th to chose electors.. Rather than dropping her objections to airing out the forensic results, the Michigan Secretary of State instead has put out a press release accusing Trump supporters of a campaign of “misinformation.”

Epoch Times reports:

“DePerno on Friday filed an emergency motion with the Antrim County Circuit Court, asking them to lift a protective order so that his team can release the results of the forensic examination to the public.”

Attorney Mathew DePerno is representing the Antrim County resident who is challenging the election results.

The move takes place after a court battle over access to the machines, and an attempt by officials to wipe them over a recent weekend before an independent forensic team working for the plaintiff arrived.

The plaintiff is seeking to show that Antrim County, MI election results were hacked and thus should be thrown out, and the choosing of presidential electors thrown to the State Legislature. The ruling in the case could have far-reaching consequences, and reopen legal actions in any state using Dominion machines.

Trump was so distracted that he kept golfing and holding reelection rallies. What a bullshit excuse. Wasn't frivolous. He was guilty and should have been impeached except repkub senators refused to look at the evidence and the WH stonewalled any testimony from their players.
