There’s more, including a study involving 1200 health care workers in Argentina. 800 got prophylactic treatment with this drug, 400 did not. Of the 400 that didn’t, 58% or 237 health care workers got sick. Of the 800 that did, not a single one got sick.

“This brief presents [our] concern as Members of Congress, shared by untold millions of their constituents, that the unconstitutional irregularities involved in the 2020 presidential election cast doubt upon its outcome and the integrity of the American system of elections,” the House Republicans’ brief says, according to The Hill reporter John Kruzel.

The filing comes after Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) sent an email to every GOP member of the House earlier this week seeking cosigners on an amicus brief supporting the Texas lawsuit.

“Today I made arrangements to file an amicus brief in the Texas case now pending at the Supreme Court on behalf of House Republicans who are all deeply concerned about the integrity of our election system,” Johnson said on Twitter on Tuesday. “Also today, my friend, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, agreed to join our state as a party to the case in support of Texas. There Is a Compelling Theoretical Case Behind the Complaint Texas Wants to File in the Supreme Court

By virtue of becoming a state, can it be said that each state has taken an obligation to each and every other state with regard to how it goes about carrying out the process of conducting its election for the only two offices which are subject to a nationwide vote?

These are the only two offices where the voting in one state has a direct impact on the voters of other states. For those two offices, do states have cognizable rights to expect that each and every other state will conduct elections for President and Vice President in a manner that guarantees ballot integrity, and a fair and accurate count of the votes?

What recourse do one or more states have in the face of evidence that one or more other states have failed to produce — intentionally or by negligence — an election process and ballot count with integrity?

If the Supreme Court is not a forum where such disputes can be aired and resolved, what forum is there? Congress is controlled by the same partisanship that is said to be the cause of the irregularities at the state and local level.
