@coldjoint,
I cannot find anything of Pennsylvania being convinced by Giuliani and Ellis' arguments that there is widespread fraud in the state.

According to Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro: (24 November 2020)
Quote:
Pennsylvania’s presidential electors have been chosen and certified in accordance with the popular vote in our Commonwealth.

This is exactly how the process should happen — the people vote, those votes are counted, and the electors chosen reflect the will of the people.

NYT praises Powell’s expert on Dominion fraud
How a guy in Temecula could save the election for Trump

Quote:

In an affidavit filed with Powell’s complaint in a Georgia court before midnight Wednesday, Keshavarz-Nia had this bombshell assessment.
Hundreds of thousands of votes

“I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in a hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.”

These alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a “Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack” by covert operators.

Chances are good the mainstream media, on cue, will launch an assault on the credibility of Keshavarz-Nia, who currently lives in Temecula, California.
Exposed a fake CIA spy

But months ago, the New York Times spoke highly of him for his role in exposing a scam artist named Garrison Courtney posing as a CIA spy.

“Keshavarz-Nia, those who worked with him said, ‘was always the smartest person in the room,'” the Times reported on September 9 in the story, “How One Man Conned the Beltway.”

The Washington Monthly was similarly favorable. In a September 17 piece, “The Spy Who Was a Grifter,” it called Keshavarz-Nia a “hero” for exposing Courtney, who was sentenced in October to seven years in prison for an elaborate fraud scheme that raked in at least $4.4 million.

I put no stock in the NYT, but many do. Are they wrong about this man? Do you think he understands what purgery is?

A block chain prophecy

Could there be more high-tech revelations ahead, either from Powell or the President’s legal teams? One early theory was the election ballots could have been tracked via digital blockchains, which would serve as hidden “watermarks.” Whether the technology was deployed or not, it certainly was on Keshavarz-Nia’s mind four years ago.

The problem with electronic voting in general, he noted in a 2016 cybersecurity forum in, coincidentally, Atlanta, Georgia, was that it’s easy to erase evidence of changing votes.

“When you have the implementation of some of these blockchains in things like electronic voting you have records of it, actually multiple records of it that are nearly impossible to destroy,” he told GDS Group.com.

“That’s the real value of the blockchain. They are immutable.”

Looking good.

Evidence to be adduced includes:

Two affidavits making the following allegation:

“The design and features of the Dominion software do not permit a simple audit to reveal its misallocation, redistribution, or deletion of votes. First, the system’s central accumulator does not include a protected real-time audit log that maintains the date and time stamps of all significant election events. Key components of the system utilize unprotected logs. Essentially this allows an unauthorized user the opportunity to arbitrarily add, modify, or remove log entries, causing the machine to log election events that do not reflect actual voting tabulations—or more specifically, do not reflect the actual votes of or the will of the people”

(See Hursti August 2019 Declaration, attached as Exh. 4, at pars. 45-48; and as Exh. 4B, October 2019 Declaration in Document 959-4, at p. 18, par. 28).
Video from the State Farm Arena in Fulton County showing that on November 3rd after the polls closed, election workers falsely claimed a water leak required the facility to close. All poll workers and challengers were evacuated for several hours at about 10:00 PM. However, several election workers remained unsupervised and unchallenged working at the computers for the voting tabulation machines until after 1:00 AM.

Board of Elections records demonstrating that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never recorded as being returned to county election boards by the voter. Thus, at a minimum, 96,600 votes must be disregarded. (Exh. 9, R. Ramsland Aff.)
Two affidavits setting forth various conduct amounting to federal crimes, clear improprieties, insufficiencies, and improper handling of ballots by County Officials and their employees that the affiants personally observed while monitoring the Hand Recount. (See Exh. 11, Coleman Aff., 3-10; Exh. 12, Diedrich Aff., 4-14.)
A large number of ballots were identical and likely fraudulent (Exh. 15)
8 affidavits detailing the nature and acts of fraud that demonstrate an absence of mistake (Exhs. 1, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22).
20,311 absentee or early voters in Georgia voted while registered as having moved out of state.
voters registered at totally fraudulent residence addresses, including shopping centers, mail drop stores and other non-residential facilities.
Defendants refused to credential all of the Trump Campaign’s submitted watchers and representatives and/or kept Trump Campaign’s watchers and representatives by security and metal barricades from the areas where the inspection, opening, and counting of absentee and mail-in ballots were taking place

The mainstream media never let go of their breathless reporting on Mueller’s investigation into Russia/Trump collusion for three years based on the Russian-prepared Steele dossier— paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee.

Hopefully—having now been given specific details of what occurred in Georgia—the mainstream media will give these proceedings the extensive coverage they deserve.

@coldjoint,
That makes as much sense as "DO YOU WALK TO SCHOOL OR CARRY YOUR LUNCH?"

I see that the III Fed district, Pa dismissed the Trump" last ditch" case with prejudice. Seems the judges (the chief of whom was a Trump appointee), had CONSTITUTIONAL REQUISITES rather than hyperpartisanism , in their minds.

I suppose hes only left with the US SUPREME COURT. Hes gonna screw up the Georgia Senate Runoff by his childish behavior.

Donald Trump is such an incompetent, feckless leader and defective human being that he could not even be a success at losing. He could have salvaged some small amount of dignity, shored up his legacy a little; mitigated the trashing he will certainly receive in history books - if he had just been capable of a smidgen of grace. He would’ve had to muster up just a bit of courage and just a speck of humility to admit he lost and wish Biden well. You know, the same thing that other presidents did 44 times before him. He couldn’t do it. He’s a one-trick jackass who is going to go out aggrieved and spiteful and stoking division - just like he came in.

What a sorry POS.

Again, the PA state legislature tells the electors how to vote. They believe there was fraud.

Well, in that case, they will certainly change their votes in Trump’s favor, right?

WRONG!! That ain’t gonna happen either. Next!

NO THEY DONT. The Fed LAw says that the electors MUST be chosen according to the results of the POP vote(Read the Federal Electoral Count Act)

BTW, it was the FEDERAL judges , a panel of 3 , who voted UNANIMOUSLY that Trumps case was totally bogus

BIDEN WON, TRUMP LOST. The ELECTION WAS FAIR AND ACCURATELY TALLIED.

Dont start another pack of Bullshit as is your practice. At least Ollie has no idea of what he speaks, you know better and are knowingly spreading your lies.

The SYSTEM WORKS, at this levelof the judiciary the LAW means more than POLITICS
