If he goes to jail it will be based on criminal charges and he will be fairly tried and voted on by an impartial jury. Remember, Trump's defense has as many challenges as the prosecution, and he calls his own witnesses .((Both sides are subject to cross exmination) So if it "political" he had as much to do with it.

Well, Kamala Harris would tell you that's politics. Remember what Putin did to Hillary Clinton? Political operatives are mostly vulpine sorts opposed to fair elections when the cards are stacked against them.

if Hillary Clinton had learned this lesson early, she wouldn't have been defeated.

Biden's choice of choosing Harris to be his running mate is also a political move aimed to ingratiate himself with black voters. Yet it may not be a good choice in the eyes of some fans of BLM because Harris is half-black; she was also a sharp-elbowed prosecutor. Thus, Biden still has to find a way to consolidate his base and bolster alliances with progressive liberals and BLM's supporters. In other words, Biden has to make sure that the progressive wing of the Democratic Party and supporters of BLM coalesce around his policies.

Therein lies the biggest challenge facing Biden. The Far-left and supporters of BLM are obdurate or contumacious; they have their own ambitions.

Harris hammered Kavanaugh about what he might have done in high school and college. Harris was well passed those institutions when she (29 years old) had an affair with a 60 year old Willie Brown. This is a fact. Brown said he promoted and recommended her because they were having sex.
