@coldjoint,
he wasn't above the law, he was the law and he did what was right, which trump has never done, even more so now with barr as his henchman. that's where the hunches are, whatever a hench is

No he wasn't. A president enforces the laws, he does not make them and he needs to obey them. He, Obama, had transcripts of Flynn's call to the Russian ambassador. He knew Flynn did nothing wrong and had him set up. That is conspiracy, and that is a crime.

What you are saying is Obama is above the law. You need to find a better reason because your answer is not working.

I said nothing about power, I said the president does not make the laws. You have already demonstrated your stupidity on that matter.

I saw the post about my dead mother before Bobsal deleted it. Classless. I hope the mods saw it too.

It did happen, and Trayvon wore a hoodie. Ask Bobby Rush. Nothing wrong with what I said, asking about a joke about a dead mother is totally classless. That is you.

Rationalization. First sign of a guilty conscience. Like wearing a hoodie signifies a freaking thing. Did your late mother ever wear a hoodie? Mine did, especially when we made trips to the National Parks. It sometimes would get a bit chilly our west, you know.

I hope a moderator sees that.

@coldjoint,
flyn confessed. t\Twice. He can't take it back just because now he's got a corrupt AG who'll go against the facts and give him a get-out-of-jail-free card. Obama did the right thing.

@MontereyJack,
There's still two more courts. Nimrod and his little pal seem to think there's only two parties in the court: the prosecutor and the defendant. There's a judge,too, and he can do all sorts of things about a case if he feels its hinky.

A judge does not have the power to prosecute anyone. It is quite simple and easy to understand. Now, why is Obama above the law?

Does not change the fact his family was threatened. All of this will come out when Flynn sues the DOJ, which he will.

@coldjoint,
he'd lose if he weren't likely to face one of the courts with the kangaroo judges that trump has packed the courts with to deny fair justice rather than political favoritism justice., just like the AG.
