@bobsal u1553115,
CNN? Is that the network that will not ask Biden about his sexual assault charges, after 700 stories about Justice Kavanaughs' accuser? Yes or no will do.

McConnell worried about "blue state bailouts" and says they should just declare bankruptcy. He's an honest man.

MILLIONS infected? Cuomo says NY antibody tests suggest Covid-19 less fatal than previously thought

Quote:
While the governor cautioned that the results were preliminary and varied county by county, he still managed to throw the perception of the virus as a mortal threat for New Yorkers into question. The new numbers indicate that this revised infection rate, compared to 15,740 deaths linked to coronavirus statewide, points to a fatality rate of only about 0.5 – much lower than previously believed.

New York is the epicenter of the coronavirus epidemic in the US, and New York City has been hardest hit given its high population density. However, even in the city, where 21.2 percent tested positive for Covid-19 antibodies (1.77 million people) during this trial, a casualty count of 15,000 deaths points to a fatality rate of 0.8 percent.

Wouldn't be easier to disprove my posts than vote them down? I guess not. Laughing

For the love of god, everyone. Do NOT let people know what you believe and what your real values are. No more nooses and swastika nipple-clamps!

You should have heeded advice like that long ago. A little late for you now.

Go right ahead and disprove what they have said. Perhaps you have different numbers. I doubt it.

S.D. Gov. Noem says state defeated COVID-19 without lockdowns

Experts have been known to be wrong sometimes. Is this one of those times?

The governor added that she did not impose virus-related lockdowns because they violate the U.S. Constitution.

Surprise, surprise . . . it is currently not possible to get to pages linked to the South Dakota Department of Health. The information below is from Live-science-dot-com:

Quote:
South Dakota has 1,956 confirmed cases of COVID-19, according to the state's health department. An additional 12,109 tests have come back negative for the virus. At least 1,064 patients have recovered from the virus, and 100 have been hospitalized. The state has so far seen nine deaths from COVID-19.

More than 80% of the state's COVID-19 cases have been tied to a local outbreak at the Smithfield pork processing plant in Sioux Falls, the most populous city in South Dakota. Minnehaha County, where the city is located, has reported 1,636 positive tests and three deaths, according to the state's health department.

South Dakota: Latest updates on coronavirus

There is a link on that page for a tweet from SD DoH confirming that information. There are also several paragraphs about how towns and cities in South Dakota have reacted.

‘The data is in — stop the panic and end the total isolation’

Quote:
Five key facts are being ignored by those calling for continuing the near-total lockdown.

Fact 1: The overwhelming majority of people do not have any significant risk of dying from COVID-19.
Fact 2: Protecting older, at-risk people eliminates hospital overcrowding.
Fact 3: Vital population immunity is prevented by total isolation policies, prolonging the problem.
Fact 4: People are dying because other medical care is not getting done due to hypothetical projections.
Fact 5: We have a clearly defined population at risk who can be protected with targeted measures.

It doesn't change the fact that some cities did lockdown their areas, and that there are both confirmed cases and deaths.

What, that Democrats put people up to adorning themselves with offensive markings and then calling themselves Republicans to scare other people out of voting Republican?

What 'reliable' source could there possibly be to prove that is happening? Even if someone did come out and say they were offered money to get a Swastika tattoo reading, "I heart Hitler" and troll Trump rallies with their tattoo showing, that could just as easily be a Republican tactic to blame the Democrats for the deplorables that identify as Republicans, couldn't it?

Ever heard of fake news? It's deplorable.
