Though I have no evidence, because it didn't happen, BUT....

I am pretty sure that had Trump taken the full advice of every "memo" that crosses his desk we;d have no country left. But, let say that Trump followed this memo, Congressional Dems would have decried the President of trying to devastate the American economy and being a xenophobe trying to blame China and later Europe.

Now, Blatham would be quoting a memo from someone else about how they thought the crisis was overblown and how Trump shouldn't have taken the American economy into the dumper as the crisis did not warrant it.

Trump will never, no matter what he does, in the eyes of people like Blatham. THIS is why his posts should be discounted regarding anything with Trump attached to it. He has no desire to do anything but sow discord. He's like Russia for the left.

That's nonsense. trump spent several crucial weeks claiming that it was all a Democratic hoax because Dems believed in science and trump only believed in his gut. When you talk about "whatever Trump does", remember that whatever he has done doesn't exactly cover a wide range of things. Since what he does is pretty much exclusively far right, yes, he's going to be opposed, particularly since he ignores the will of the majority of the country

No one knew exactly what was coming....but something is always coming. It's why you buy auto-insurance or home-owners insurance...you plan for the worst case and hope for the best.
