@Fil Albuquerque,
Progressives don't have any real arguments to defend their ideology, so they fall back to misrepresenting other people's IQs.

@Fil Albuquerque,
I stopped laughing at and mocking ants that day in 1967 when they built a mound of dirt at the top of some stairs.

As I flew through the air I could hear them guffawing...

Of course you did. That rag you admire (NYT) tried "Trump virus". The left is relentless. Anyway this can hurt Trump is more important than trying to help.

In the url, clearly opinion, no facts involved, and wack job opinion at that. All you and your nutball cohorts clearly are suffering from ODS. No such thing as TDS, he clearly deserves all the disgust he engenders. But ODS is very real and rampant amongst the clueless right wing. "Why don't they just go outside? It's not as if anyone will be watching? They tell me there are countries where everyone just does it outside. People don't know He saved the capitalist sy"Why don't they just go outside? It's not as if anyone will be watching? They tell me there are countries where everyone just does it outside. People don't know hObama saved the economny from the GPOP kengendered economic meltdown of 2008 and the depression looming on the horizon. He saved the capitalist system. He took out bin Laden. He got a good agreement with iran which they mostly honored until trump took a wrecking ball to it and freed iran from its cvonstraints. He got agreement with the world on looming climate change one of the many things trump stupidly claims is a hoax. Obama was pretty good but trump uniformly sucks.

Raised by grandparents sympathetic to Communism, a radical activist mother and absentee Muslim father. Obama was tutored by Communist Party member Frank Marshall Davis.

No facts? Those are facts.
Quote:
In 1995 Obama launched his political career from the Chicago home of domestic terrorist Bill Ayres.

Another fact.
Quote:
by his co-conspirators and a dishonest media that concealed his record

Another fact. Your paragraph of rhetoric, is rhetoric.

@coldjoint,
My paragraph was fact, yours are rhetorix. Right wingers falsely equate anybody who fought for black rights, union rights, workers' rights and social justice as a communist. that's bullshit. Jedgar Hoover did the same thing.. He was bullshit as well. Obama saved the economy after the gop trashed it. He got more than 20 million people health care. Trump whose policies are all designed specifically for his right wing white base and no one else is dividing the country, not Obama.

@Builder,
Obama Derangement Syndrome, obviously. yes, my paragraph is completely descriptive of what Obama truly did, and calling him a quisling and a traitor as the numbskull right has done is sheer and utter nonsense, their specialty.

Trump's mismanagement helped fuel coronavirus crisis

Current and former administration officials blame the president for creating a no-bad-news atmosphere that stifled attempts to combat the outbreak.

Only there is no outbreak.

The numbers don't add up, even in China.

How many people are dying, or have died of legal opiate addiction?

I don't see any hullaballoo about those people. All preventable deaths, too.

2018 data shows that every day, 128 people in the United States die after overdosing on opioids.

The misuse of and addiction to opioids—including prescription .

From 1999 to 2017, more than 702,000 people have died from a drug overdose. In 2017, more than 70,000 people died from drug overdoses, making it a leading cause of injury-related death in the United States. Of those deaths, almost 68% involved a prescription or illicit opioid.

All we are hearing about coronovirus is "potential deaths" and if you look to the article linked to above, those predictions are panic-button knee-jerk reactionary estimates.

No wonder Hi and co are clinging to them, like they're life rafts. LOL.

@Builder,
Why not wait and observe the spread of the disease and determine its lethality that way?

Quote:
I don't see any hullaballoo about those people.

First thing, it's recognized as a national health crisis and people at all levels, from federal agencies to local communities are involved. You can read the obits nearly every day, many of which contain strongly worded messages about the dangers of addiction.

Secondly, people choose to consume opioids and the acquisition of a habit requires repetitive use. It's not like picking up a potentially fatal virus in a store when someone sneezes on you in a waiting line. And opioid addiction isn't contagious. I can't believe I have to explain this to you.

Thirdly, it's past your bedtime.

That's probably the most hypocritical thing I've seen this year.

Obits and "thoughts and prayers" much?

We know where the supply comes from.

We know who supplies the market.

Doing something about the supply isn't rocket science.
