@coldjoint,
Pelosi said she's stepping down, right?

Or is she a liar, as well as Schiff?

They are both highly skilled liars.

Politifact said it's false.

She did say that "Trump will never be president; take that to the bank.."

@blatham,
Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. It is nice of you to keep us informed of what other people think though.

@McGentrix,
Not sure how Sigmund's line about his cigar smoking has relevance here.

Either Pompeo or an aide thought this image of a young, emotionally distraught female would do the job of invoking right wing misogynistic tropes about fragile and overly-emotional females as a response to Pelosi's act of tearing up Trump's speech. But either they didn't actually know the story of that episode or they didn't think very clearly about how that story reflects on Trump's corruption.

But aside from the misogyny and infantalization components here, there's the rather hilarious disparity between that image of Lisa distraught and crying and Pelosi's demeanor

Now, if Pompeo had wished to more appropriately demonstrate the trope of female hysteria and fragility, he could have gone here

Fun fact: This is the first time in three impeachment trials a member of the president’s party has voted to remove him from office.

Not that bright putting up a picture of the man Democrats threw out our justice system for too.

As far as Kavanaugh being a misogynist, ask Mrs Kavanaugh.

This is also the first time Mitt Romney has been a senator. His history with Trump is well known and his vote is hardly a surprise or in anyway consequential to Trump. It could have Romney lose his primary next election for him.

Romney Advisor Served on Burisma Board With Hunter Biden

Well, what do you know?
Quote:
The corrupt Ukrainian energy company at the center of the impeachment of President Trump added Cofer Black, a Mitt Romney foreign policy advisor, to its board after adding Hunter Biden in 2014.

Yeah we all know what a right vindictive bastard trump is to anybody who dares to say something unfavorable about him, no matter that what they say is the truth.

Big difference between braggadocia, and deadpan lying about the death of Americans.

Clinton on Benghazi;

And six years later, Obama in denial it ever happened.
