As far as I know the Supreme Court is still staffed by human beings, and not corporations. It may be that you can't see the difference due to a close mind about the principles of our Constitution & governance, however that is simply your problem.

The impeachment won’t result in removal. It will just serve to bring Trump voters to the polls.

Looks like tRump's lawyers may have gone just a little to far in their arguments to the tax return case in SDNY.

The 3 judge appellate ruling scoff at the lawyers arguing that the Justice Departments saying a sitting President can't be convicted of crimes means he can't be investigated.

Even though, as justices often do, did not rule on if a sitting President could be convicted of a crime because this question was not before them. They did hint however that a Justice Departments ruling was not necessarily the opinion of the court; but, in fact may fall if presented to the court.

Oops, so goes tRump's entire argument. Go ahead tRump - kill someone on 5th Avenue in the middle of the day!

Now going to SCOTUS, what attorney would possibly defame their entire career by presenting tRumps ridiculous agreements and positions?

Actually, it is more than likely that SCOTUS will deny hearing this absurd case and let the lower court rulings stand.

If it goes to the SCOTUS there is a case. Any lawyer would take the opportunity. You people just don't think before you try to shame someone. You end up looking very foolish.

Poor little Schiffty isn't having much luck with his plans.

Key "witness" fails to show up for impeachment hearing.

Schiff to threaten a subpoena.

@Real Music,
Unfortunately, I bet this is true. I said the same thing months ago. The constant Mueller/ impeachment drum beat for four years every day has solidified a very healthy hate toward democrats and their allied media.

Trump might have self-imploded by now all by himself, but democrats have made him a victim to his base. They have something to prove now.

Will every sitting president be attacked like this by the losing party for the entire four years? Stay tuned.

@Lash,
It's almost like the DNC has no plans for a win in 2020.

Impeaching Trump doesn't give them anything. Just Pence.

Not if Democrats take over. They will outlaw that kind of dissent.

A majority of u s citizens disagree with you and the supreme court. The presidency, the senate and the supreme court has been slimed by republicans.

Then that would be the "tyranny of the majority" our founders talked about. As you can see, our system does not allow that. Try again.

BREAKING NEWS
Gordon Sondland, a key impeachment inquiry witness, acknowledged delivering a quid pro quo message to Ukraine in a major revision to his testimony.
Quote:
The testimony offered several major new details beyond the account he gave the inquiry in a 10-hour interview last month. Mr. Sondland provided a more robust description of his own role in alerting the Ukrainians that they needed to go along with investigative requests being demanded by the president’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani. By early September, Mr. Sondland said, he had become convinced that military aid and a White House meeting were conditioned on Ukraine committing to those investigations.

Nolte: Trump Launches Campaign to Attract Black Voters

If Trump can get 20% of the Black vote it is as good as over. And over for Democrats for quite a while. Shocked
Quote:
President Trump’s re-election campaign will launch its ‘Black Voices for Trump’ coalition in Atlanta on Friday November 8, which again proves he’s really bad at being a racist.

“Black Americans have never had a better champion than President Trump,” said Katrina Pierson, Senior Advisor at Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. “The Black Voices for Trump coalition will be a national effort to mobilize and empower Black Americans who support President Trump to help get the message of ‘Promises Made, Promises Kept’ into communities across America.”

The press release adds, “Under President Trump, unemployment for African Americans has reached historic lows and nearly 1.4 million new jobs have been added for African Americans. Black Americans strong support for President Trump will ensure a second term for the President.”

@tsarstepan,
Sorry, the NYT is not a credible source when it comes to Trump. They willfully omit any facts that favor the president. Half the story means very little. It is hype and propaganda geared to haters of Trump and this country and the voters who elected him. There will be a huge backfire that will be realized in a convincing victory by Trump in 2020.
